You’ll have a consultation with a Cryomend specialist to discuss your goals, health history, and suitability for CAROL Bike Training.

Informed Consent:

You’ll be provided with detailed information about the bike session and asked to sign an informed consent form.


Remove any jewelry and wear comfortable workout clothing (avoid cotton and opt for synthetics).

Try to warm-up beforehand with some light stretching or a short walk/jog on the spot.

During Your Session

Get Started:

CAROL Bike is engineered for rapid fitness gains. The signature REHIT workout involves 2x 20-second all-out sprints, along with warm-up and recovery, totalling just 5 minutes – three times weekly.


The CAROL Bike uses AI to adjust the workout to each individual – encouraging you to push yourself within your limits.
