An often-overlooked form of recovery is Proper Stretching. When the body can move freely in its optimal range of motion, it can help to reduce pain, inflammation, and DOMS, speed recovery, and improve overall stress in the body. At Cryomend, our stretch therapists are trained in PNF, soft tissue release, myofascial release, and other techniques, Of which are used in combination to provide you optimal results. Upon your initial visit, our specialist will perform a full assessment to determine the best approach.

Our combined stretch therapy techniques are used to increase flexibility and improve range of motions without compromising joint stability. As well as break down scar tissue from injured soft tissue to help facilitate healing and works to release myofascial restrictions.

What should I expect during my Stretch Session?

Your initial visit will be 90 minutes. The Stretch Therapist will start with a 30 Minute Consult, where you will discuss your past and current injuries, restrictions, and goals, followed by a mobility test to determine the best treatment plan. This is followed by a full 60-minute stretch session.  Each session following the initial is offered at either 60 or 90 minutes depending on your needs and goals.
